'Visibly intoxicated' off-duty officer pushed wife, sister in July 4 incident, arrest report says

An off-duty Las Vegas Metro police officer was "visibly intoxicated" on tequila, forcefully pushed his wife to the ground and pushed his sister while she was holding a 10-month-old infant, according to an arrest report.
